Answer: We create for you 1 to 3 basic concepts or respectively designs of the wished emblem types. Thereafter, we will conduct amendments and improvements so long as we reach the final concept, that will match your conceptions. Due to the fact, that the emblem is being optimised with a view to the client, your feedback is of utmost importance. Without your assistance and help the final result will not be satisfactory an in retrospective there will be additional expenses. A feedback given in daily sequences is ideal for our work and for a one hundred percent satisfactory result. Likewise, it is possible to conduct a, so called, re-design of your emblem. Question: Is the emblem you created suited for printing and, if yes, for which forms of prints does it fit? Answer: Yes, of course we transform it into a digital design (printable files like PDF X3) for all business documents. Question: Do you prepare also the design for the print project of your clients, with the emblem being already done? Answer: Yes, we deliver all products ready to print, such as for example on note paper sheets, business cards, flyers, stickers, flags, brochures or whatever you need. Question: The client has a given motive, which he envisages to be the emblem and from which there has been already a draft done. Is it possible to use this draft as pattern or model? Answer: This wish is being raised often by our clients. Yes, we can digitalise the motive of our client on the computer. From the digital pattern or model we create then the suited for printing emblem, which will be accomplished according to all wishes of our client. Question: How can clients have a look in advance on the emblem versions that we create? Answer: Our clients receive from us on a daily basis an email with the newest amendments and improvements as a preview. Question: Does a combined order of the emblem and the corporate design (note paper sheets and business card) help to reduce the costs? Answer: Generally yes, it does! Many clients choose this way in order to save time, costs and energy. Question: In which formats do you deliver the final design? Answer: The standard formats are AI, EPS, JPG, PSD ,PDF, PNG. We deliver, however, always in the format our client wishes plus in all the standard formats. Question: How long does the development of an emblem, a CD or a web presence take? Answer: The duration of the creation of an emblem, a CD or a HP depends on the feedback of the client. Here the motto is: daily feedback shortens the development time. According to our experience it takes for the development of an emblem up to 8 days, of a CD up to two weeks and of a website up to 3 or 4 weeks (depending on the effort and feedback). Question: The path to the Internet presence! How is the process? Answer: If you already have an emblem, a flyer or business cards, then your Internet presence should match with these materials; in order for the image of your company to be a harmonic entirety. In a preliminary talk we will settle together at whome your Internet presence will be directed and which wishes you have. The matching hoster as well as the desired domain (the web address) we will buy for you. You do not need to take care of anything on your own. Of course, you can also provide your own domain and your own hoster. We are very flexible in such kind of things. You don’t have an emblem, a flyer or business cards? In this case we will design and create with good grace your personal emblem, your office equipment and the needed advertising material. Question: What can you say about the costs? Answer: We believe our clients and assume, that everyone is playing fair. Because of that fact all orders up to 150 € are being conducted without earnest money. You only need to pay after the order has been done. For orders above 150€ we charge earnest money amounting to 30 % of the full price in advance. Our payment methods are: PayPal or bank transfer. Question: Do our clients receive after the order completion a written assignment of rights? Answer: Yes, always! This is a basic requirement of our work.
